Truthfully - last year was a tough one for me. A heavy season for many of us. I think it was a side road on the journey, though. Life is the teacher, and presents us with lessons to be learned. Like how well the body can heal itself. Or, the critical importance of our family and friends - those who will support you when you lose balance. Or, the best time to refine your artistic vision - right now. I feel more connected to music and my people now, more than ever.

Here’s to renewal in the new year, a fresh start, a newly discovered room in a familiar house.

I had a fantastic time recording my original music with this great crew. @dabinryumusic, @tythousand, @kayvon.gordon and co-producer @_cheb_brahim brought my compositions to life with their creativity and decision making. @aaron_nevezie made the recording process so streamlined and straightforward, and captured our sounds in a truly authentic way. Looking forward to sharing this music with everyone sometime next year!
